Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, subject to product availability. Please note that during busy periods or bank holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

All NatriGlo orders are shipped via tracked courier delivery and typically arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Service Update: If your product is not delivered within the expected timeframe, or you receive a notification of a failed delivery, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form. In the event of a non-delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method upon our receipt of the undelivered goods (processing may take up to 10 working days). Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on faulty or damaged goods, as well as unused products in their original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt.

How to Return

Before returning an item, please Contact Us Here with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original botanical packaging.
  • You are responsible for the goods until they reach our address; we recommend using a tracked service.
  • It may take up to 7 working days for your return to reach us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take several days for the post to be official.
  3. Contact your bank to check their specific processing times.
