Delivery

£3.99 Delivery charge for all orders up to £35
Once an order is placed, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days (subject to product availability). Please note that during busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and that delivery may be affected over bank holidays.
All our orders are being sent via tracked courier delivery and should arrive within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. Due to the current COVID 19 situation if your product is not delivered within the provided time-frame, or you have received a notification of a failed delivery attempt please contact us using the contact form here
In the case of your product not being delivered we will issue you a full refund. Your refund will be credited back to your payment method, upon receipt of the undelivered goods and could take up to 10 working days to process. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
Returns
Before returning a product please contact us here and let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product. We allow the return, refund and exchange of faulty or damaged goods as well as unused products, in their original packaging if customer has changed their mind about it, within seven working days from receipt of goods by the customer.
Please note the following while returning any goods, It may take up to 7 working days for your returned goods to reach us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not take responsibility for damage to goods in transit or their loss. We will only process refund when product is received at our address. Returned items will be processed within a period of 10 working days of receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
