Are your products sulphate-free?
Yes. We use sulphate free plant-derived formulas for all our products and they are all chemical free and suitable for sensitive skin.
Do your products contain artificial fragrances?
No, all our products are scented with 100% natural essential oils or are completely fragrance-free. We never use synthetic perfumes.
Are NatriGlo products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All our formulations are certified cruelty-free and 98% of our range is vegan. The remaining 2% contains ethically-sourced beeswax from sustainable UK apiaries.
What is your shipping time within the UK?
UK orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express options are currently unavailable, we plan to offer them in the near future.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship to the UK. However we do plan on doing so in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on faulty or damaged goods, as well as unused products in their original packaging, within 14 working days of receipt.
How should I store NatriGlo products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use within the given time-frame indicated by the period-after-opening symbol on packaging.
